Due to our mats being custom made it takes 2-3 weeks from the date the order was placed to ship. If there is a delay, customers will receive notifications immediately.

Sweet Mats are made to fit the standard esthetician's bed. Please measure your bed to account for any extra padding on the bed. Sweet Mat: 27" wide X 72" long Extra Sweet Mat: 36" wide X 76" long Sweet Mini: 12" wide X 18" long Sweet Pillowcase: 22" wide X 27" long (Fits standard pillow) Sweet Apron: One size fits all Sweet Custom Table: This mat is not meant for your treatment bed. You measure and provide us with the measurements of your table, dresser, or cart in the notes section in your cart before checking out.

Yes. Sweet Mats can be washed on a gentle cycle and air dried.

Yes, we do offer swatches when available upon request.

We accept returns and exchanges within a 5-day window period from the time of delivery with no restocking fee. After this time period Sweet Mats are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.

This is an unfortunate situation. We will confirm the address entered in your order and match it with the tracking entered into the USPS sit. If everything is correct on our end and USPS deemed the package delivered it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS or contact them for the whereabouts of the package they delivered.

Use a warm damp cloth to remove sugar paste from the mat.

Allow the hard wax to cool and GENTLY PEEL OFF the hard wax.

Any EPA-registered cleanser; Clorox wipes Lysol wipes Cavicide Barbicide NO SPRAY CLEANSERS - spray cleaners will break down the Sweet Mat.
